I play R&R and LL, so I practice against the defense all the time. you’ve got to relentlessly back cut the Deny side, flash the HP whenever you can, and teach kids to Catch and Be Dangerous to keep the D jumping. That said, the LL tames just about every kind of offense, including the R&R, so it comes down to patience, power, and execution.

Thanks Nelson. By the way, I enjoyed watching your thoughtful contributions on the LL videos and found them very helpful. Are there any LL drills that you like to run that weren’t outlined in any of the videos? Are there any drills that you run that combine both the LL and R&R skills in one?
