I work on my defense as much as my offense while practicing with fusion. Especially with positioning. I also tell the girls to train the offense by stepping over read lines, trailing puppy dog, and open shot.

Mine is the war drill that Tom Izzo is known for. I like to have 5 outside 3 point line sometimes start a big at the FT line. Coach shoot a shot and everyone crashes for the rebound. I play it with no take backs, and keep going until someone scores. Whoever scores becomes offense, and repeat until a certain score. I typically play until a team reaches 7 baskets. Another way to do it is with same setup then if defense gets the rebound it is a full court transition to the opposite basket. If there is a defensive rebound after the transition (offense switched to defense because of the defensive rebound), the drill restarts with defense going to offense. If there is a offensive rebound they keep the ball and try to score on the same basket the drill started at. Once there is a defensive rebound it starts the transition offense. Hope that makes sense!
