My team has the tendency to have to many players in the lane/cutting at the same time. Does anybody have a remedy for this?

Yes, have them understand that the only person that should be cutting is the person that is one spot away from the ball. Even though you are two spots away from the ball and the defender is hugging read lines you must emphasize that they shouldn’t cut to the basket.

They are typically moving the ball too fast on the perimeter – not even looking at their cutters. Require them to move the ball from one shoulder, over their head, to the other shoulder (haircut) and then “sweep” the ball below their knees.
Everyone who catches a pass must “haircut & sweep” in either order before moving the ball.
