How has the growth of players been for everyone through R&R? How has the success of your programs changed? Where do you see yourself getting a lot better at as well as what areas do you feel you struggle the most with when implementing the R&R Offense?

I am a high school girls coach and my players aren’t very skilled. We ran pass & cut, dribble at, and post pass and cut this season because that is all they could handle. I love R&R as a base offense, but I need to add more to our offense. Any thoughts on what has worked with high school girls that aren’t very skilled? For example, I would like to add something with more screening actions, etc. Any ideas to enhance our offense would be most appreciated!
