Read and React Vs Youth Read and React

A little background. I started running the Read and React back in 2011. I love the offense and purchased all of the DVD’s including dynamic defense. The last 4yrs I’ve been out of coaching because I needed to spend more time at home with my two small kids. I’ve recently got a job as an Athletic Director in Shanghai, China and will be coaching again.

I decided purchase the all Access to see what I’ve been missing for the last four years as I prepare for next school year. I started with the Fusion Practice which looks great but then decided to check out the Youth Read and React because I’m at a new school with a new program and this is probably where I’ll start.

I love the Youth Read and React. It feels like it fills so many holes as far as player development that were missing from layers 1-4 from the original R and R. I love the added skills drills and am excited about implementing these ideas into my drills.

Kenny – thanks for reaching out to me! I’m excited that you are back into coaching. You are going to find new stuff in your All Access membership. I have been releasing weekly courses on the Read & React Offense using GAME CLIPS! I will continue until I have covered the entire Read & React Offense. I think these will also be great teaching tools for your players to watch.
Also, I’ve been looking for a good connection in China. I would like to bounce some ideas off you. My email is [email protected]. Let’s get our email connection going first.
    Thanks!
    Rick

      Hey Coach Torbett,

I had an offer that was too good to pass up at one of the top international schools in Shanghai to teach and coach. I’d love to help you in any way possible here in Shanghai. Feel free to ask any questions. I’ve lived in Shanghai for a total of 7yrs so I do know a little about the area. My email is [email protected]

      Blessings,
      Kenny Tyler
