Unable to watch uploaded videos
Can I ask whether anyone is successfully using Stages? I’m currently testing this with a junior team player but am unable to watch his uploaded videos. When I navigate to Manage Tests I can see four test videos uploaded by the player – however, when I click the ‘Watch Video’ button this just takes me back to the stages homepage. I’ve tried this on multiple devices and uploaded videos myself but it doesn’t appear to work – please help! I have also tried to log a support ticket through the Stages Help Center (Freshdesk) however this produces an error page when trying to submit a ticket. Is Stages still a current working product? Appreciate everyone’s time – I really want to get this working.
