Sorry Charles, I have no PDFs of the Shooting Course. There are lists of major points in each video. You could take screen shots as you go and use them for reminders.

    Hi Coach,

I am doing the shooting course with my basketball team (Varsity girls). We have started Week 3 and I have to say that the transformation of their shooting form has been amazing and your videos are great to keep up with. We typically get players that have never touched a basketball in their lives. So we are getting rid of the two handed shots, arm shooting, and dominant shoulder dips. They are struggling generating power but I know it takes patience. Any other tips for popping off the ground to generate enough power?

Thanks! Love the shooting course. We averaged 26ppg last year and excited to see how our shooting will improve. We have many girls putting in extra “homework”.

We’re going to try this during June as part of our skill development practices

I coach 5th graders and I am having troubles with one player getting arc on the ball while shooting. He continues to release the ball from his chin and he will pull his head and arm back after he releases the ball. I have tried putting an object in front of him when he shoots. I have tried snapping when his feet leave the ground and tell him to snap his wrist at that time so he is using his legs for power. Any suggestions or drills to improve on this?
