The website is the resource. It’s like a buffet, you just pick and choose what will work best for you and your team.
How old are your players? When I originally started I thought I had to do the same thing, create a booklet as this was all new to me. I coach students in grades 3-8 and they all got the offence, they’re just capable of different things. When I first started with my grade 3s they could just use layer 1. It wasn’t always the prettiest, but now as grade 8s they are ridiculously good at it now. Plus my vets have sort of taken the rookies under their wing in helping them with the offence. So really, just time and reps is better than a booklet in my opinion. I feel most kids now a days learn better by doing, not reading.
